DELIVERY & RETURNS 

Let the good times roll…Once your chosen wheels have been ordered our dispatch team get to work. We respect both our wheels and our customers and want you to enjoy the ride on receiving your Wellers. We dont scrimp on packaging, infact we go the extra mile, each wheel is protected with foam, cushioned air bags, boxed, taped and sealed. We dispatch your order as quickly as possible and send out all over the world using reliable and cost effective couriers. 

Warranty and returns

At Weller Wheels we are passionate about our British made products, so if you have a question or query relating to one of them we are only a call or email away. Please send an email to info@wellerwheels.com or call us on +44 (0)1527 502203. We will always try to resolve any issues or concerns and help you out if we can. Should you wish to return a product where the goods have proved unsuitable, these may be returned for refund, credit or exchange if they are returned to ourselves within 30 days of receipt.

Subject to the following conditions:

– All products are returned to us with carriage paid
– All products should be returned in an “as new”, unused condition in their original packaging in order to secure a refund. Any sealed items must not have been opened.
– Weller Wheels reserves the right to levy a charge to replace product packaging which is damaged or defaced.
– We cannot accept any products which have been specially commissioned and ordered for you or manufactured to your unique specification for return.
–  All returns are to be accompanied by the senders name and address, account number, order reference number, and reason for return.
–  We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered, please retain your proof of postage, you may need it in the event of a claim with your carrier.

Exchange, credit or refund

Please note you have 30 calendar days to return a product(s) to us. Once the product(s) have been received and inspected at Weller Wheels and subject to all of the above conditions met, we’ll offer a credit, exchange or refund for the product(s) to your original payment method.

Non Receipt of Product(s)

In the unfortunate event of having not received your products, you must let us know within 48 hours from the estimated delivery date. Upon confirmation from yourself of this situation we will investigate the matter immediately with our carriers. Please note we cannot investigate non receipt deliveries after this time has elapsed.

Wheels

It is your responsibility to make sure and check that any wheels you order from us will fit your vehicle correctly. Once you receive your wheels it’s essential they are very carefully test fitted to the vehicle to make sure of clearance before having tyres fitted. Wheels that have had tyres fitted are considered used and cannot be returned.
If you have commissioned “Special” wheels which have been manufactured bespoke to your requested specification, are deemed non-returnable unless faulty.

Please note our steel wheels are fully protected, E coated with salt spray tested to 1000 hours. Each wheel is then powder coated to a commercial finish.

Product Fault in Warranty Period

In the unfortunate situation that any of your products develop a fault, then provided it’s within warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair or replacement. If the product is faulty within 30 days then you are entitled to request a refund.

30 Day Returns

Provided you contact us by email within 30 days of receipt of the goods it may be possible to return an unwanted product. The goods must not be used and must be ‘as new’ when returned to us. This means it must be in its original packaging and any sealed items must not have been opened. Once you have notified us, you have upto 30 calendar days to return it. Once the goods have been received at our HQ and we accept the condition is “as new” we will issue a full refund for the goods to your original payment method.

Damaged Goods in Transit

It is imperative that you check products for damage immediately after delivery.
If any products were damaged in transit, you must report it to Weller Wheels within 7 working days. If the products are visibly damaged on receipt, you must sign the carrier’s delivery note as “goods received but damaged”.
Products need to be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back at our HQ, we’ll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs. Failure to report items damaged in transit within 7 working days will mean Weller is unable to replace any damaged product free of charge.
When returning products back to Weller Wheels, it’s your responsibility to ensure that products are suitably packaged to prevent further damage. Weller cannot be held responsible for products lost or damaged in transit where they have not directly organized the collection of goods.

Goods missing on Arrival

Once your goods have been received it is your responsibility to check and make sure that everything you have ordered is correct. If any goods are missing on arrival, you have 30 working days in which to inform us.
Failure to report missing goods within 30 days will mean we are unable to replace them free of charge.

Goods Faulty in Warranty Period

In the unfortunate event that any of your goods develop a fault, then provided they are within their 3 year warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair or replacement.
The warranty is given, subject to Weller Wheels having no liability in respect of any defect arising from wear and tear, negligence, willful damage, tampering of the Goods, incorrect fitting of the Goods by you and/or a third party, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow our and/or the Goods’ manufacturers’ instructions (whether verbal or in writing), misuse or alteration or repair of the Goods without our approval.
If Weller Wheels determine that the fault/damage is as a result of the above actions, then the warranty will have been void and a quotation for repair/replacement may be offered to you if available.
