To roll each rim we take a blank of premium quality British steel and shear, bump, roll, weld, detag, scarf, flare, spin, hump, edge – then piercing the valve hole – before it’s racked, ready to have its centre pressed in.
Fourteen further operations later – each one guided by our highly experienced engineers, a beautifully painted wheel is ready to roll out of the production door and straight into its signature box.
